Frequent business trips often make learning in the office impossible. Access to the Learning Management System whilst travelling can be made difficult or unnecessarily more expensive due to insufficient network coverage, for instance on train journeys.

With the help of the CLIX offline client – the CLIX Learnbase – learning content can be downloaded onto a computer and work can be carried out locally. CLIX Learnbase is Windows-based client software which makes it possible to learn whilst travelling, even with no connection to CLIX and the internet or intranet. Learning progress data is saved locally and synchronised with CLIX as soon as the user has a network connection.
